What are your business hours?

Office hours are typically 8:00am - 4:30pm Monday through Friday.

Manufacturing hours are dependent on workload volumes.
How do I send larger files?

Under our Quote Requests tab, we have our JSW sharefile link, making sharing these items fast and easy.

What type of payment methods do you accept?

Cash, Check or Charge. We also offer Net 30 Terms for credit approved accounts.
Do you have a ICC-ES Report?

Yes, we have our ICC 3264 for multiple locations.

We conform to all ASTM standards that govern the manufacturing of our JSW Stud Rails.

We have an LA-RR for areas requiring that also.

Additionally, JSW uses a USA manufactured weld stud that has its own ICC report in our manufacturing.
Where are your manufacturing facilities?

Our locations are in California, Washington, and Pennsylvania.

JSW facilities service the USA and beyond.

Each location is able to complete any project of any size.
